Ham and Cheese Biscuits
Ham and cheese biscuits are an easy kid friendly way to use up leftover ham. These cheesy biscuit sandwiches make a yummy easy lunch or dinner the whole family will enjoy.

2/3 cup of chopped ham 1 1/4 cup of shredded cheese 8 canned biscuits
Cut the biscuits in half to open them as if they were hamburger buns.
Set the biscuit bottoms on a tray lined with foil.
Put ham and cheese onto the bottom of each biscuit.
Place the top of the biscuit on each filled biscuit.
Press the sides together to seal the filling into the biscuits.
Bake the biscuits at 350 for 15 to 16 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits are golden. Enjoy!
