My kids are pretty picky.

Wait, let me rephrase.

My daughter is VERY picky.

The older son, however, is not.

But it’s a challenge coming up with something that isn’t tacos or pizza or chicken nuggets that they will eat.

These biscuit sandwiches though did the trick!

They loved them and even loved helping to make them.

But as evidenced by my son, they loved eating them even more!

To make these you’ll need:

  • Ham– This is the perfect round two recipe for using up leftover ham. Don’t have leftovers to use up? Use deli ham or substitute another meat like turkey instead.
  • Cheese– We use shredded cheddar because that’s what our family prefers but you could use any cheese you prefer.
  • Biscuits– The biscuits like Pillsbury that come from a can in the refrigerated section. You can use any variety of these you like.

And that’s it! Super simple.

For kitchen supplies, you’ll need:

  • A cutting board and knife
  • Cookie sheet
