Ingredients
about 8 ounces of chopped
rinsed kale

apples
thinly sliced

pear
thinly sliced
seeds of one pomegranate
1/2

sweet and spicy roasted pumpkin seeds
1/2

of crushed walnuts
For the Maple Dijon Vinaigrette

heaping tbs of Dijon mustard

maple syrup

balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss all the ingredients for the salad together. When salad is assembled, whisk all the ingredients for the salad dressing together until combined. Enjoy.
