Turkey Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls

Turkey sliders on Hawaiian rolls are a yummy, cheesy take on a turkey cranberry sandwich. The perfect way to use up your holiday leftovers or have a taste of Thanksgiving whenever the mood strikes you.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of leftover turkey
  • 1 12 count package of Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 1/4 cup of mayo
  • 1/4 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices of sliced white cheddar cheese
  • thinly sliced Granny smith apple optional
  • 4 tbs of butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Cut the Hawaiian slider rolls in half. Brush the rolls with melted butter. Bake for 2 minutes to lightly toast the rolls.
  • Build the sandwiches by placing turkey and cheese on the bottom half of the rolls. Remove the top half of the rolls from the baking sheet and set aside. Bake the turkey and cheese portion for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • While the cheese melts, stir together the cranberry sauce and mayo. Spread out over the top portion of the rolls.
  • Remove the turkey and cheese from the oven. 
  • Finish the sandwiches by topping with thinly sliced green apples if desired and the cranberry mayonaisse rolls.
