Cake mix and the ingredients listed on the boxeggs, oil and water depending on the kind of cake mix
3cans of Vanilla frosting
Candy eyeballs
Black decorator gel
Instructions
Bake the cupcakes according to package instructions and let them cool completely.
Fill a piping bag fitted with a 1 A tip with vanilla frosting.
Pipe the ghosts onto the cupcakes by slowly squeezing the icing from the piping bag onto the cupcake in a circular motion from inside to outside. Do several passes around the cupcake, making the circles slightly smaller each time to create the dollop effect.
Decorate them bootifully. Add candy eyeballs and use black decorator gel to draw a a mouth if desired. Enjoy!
