Ingredients

  • 2 tbs orange juice
  • 6 tbs olive oil- about a heaping 1/3 cup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup of peeled ginger cubes
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tbs soy sauce

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse or blend until smooth.
