Easy White Hot Chocolate

Easy white hot chocolate is the most luxurious white hot cocoa recipe that will keep you warm throughout the cold weather. With only a few ingredients and a simple prep, this warm drink recipe is better than any you could buy in a coffee shop!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of high quality white chocolate chips or chunks
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tsp of vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Stove Top Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a medium sauce pan and stir them together. Cook until the chocolate is melted, stirring regularly. Serve immediately.

Crock Pot Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a small slow cooker. Cook on low for about an hour, until the chips have melted. Stir occasionally. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use all heavy cream or a combo of heavy cream and light cream for an even thicker white hot chocolate.
Whole milk works best in this recipe if you decide to use a combo of milk and cream. You can use lower fat milk or all whole milk but the results won't be quite as silky and luxurious.
