Ingredients

  • 1 11.5 ounce bag of milk or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces of purple candy melts
  • 12 ounces of milk chocolate chips
  • green and purple sprinkles
  • candy eyeballs

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate chips by pouring them into a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave them for 30 seconds. Take the bowl out and stir. Microwave again for 10 seconds and then stir. Repeat until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Follow this process to melt the green candy melts and the purple candy melts.
  • When the candy and chocolate is melted, pour the chocolate onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Then spoon the green candy melts and purple candy melts randomly onto the chocolate. Once it's all spooned, lightly drag the tines of a fork through the candy to swirl it together. Then, tap the cookie sheet on a table to pop any air bubbles that are in the candy. Finish the bark by placing eyeballs onto the bark and sprinkling on Halloween sprinkles. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set. Prior to breaking the bark into pieces, remove from the fridge and let sit on your counter for about 15 minutes. Then break into pieces and enjoy or transfer to a covered container and store for up to a week.
