1 Sheet pan You may need 2 or more depending on how much bacon you cook.
1 Metal cooling rack This allows the air to pass under the bacon and keeps the bacon from soaking in the drippings
1 sheet aluminum foil This is optional and helps with clean up.
16 ounce package of bacon You can use more or less depending on how much you want to make.
Preheat the convection oven to 425.
While the oven preheats, line a cookie sheet (or sheets) with foil.
Place the cooking rack on the foil lined sheets.
Put the bacon on the cooking racks leaving just a bit of space between each strip.
16 ounce package of bacon
Put the assembled tray into the oven and cook thick cut bacon for 10 minutes for crispy bacon or 15 minutes for extra crispy.
Serve and enjoy!
For extra crispy bacon, cook it for 15 minutes instead of 10.
