Ingredients

  • 16 ounce package of bacon You can use more or less depending on how much you want to make.

Instructions

  • Preheat the convection oven to 425.
  • While the oven preheats, line a cookie sheet (or sheets) with foil.
  • Place the cooking rack on the foil lined sheets.
  • Put the bacon on the cooking racks leaving just a bit of space between each strip.
    16 ounce package of bacon
  • Put the assembled tray into the oven and cook thick cut bacon for 10 minutes for crispy bacon or 15 minutes for extra crispy.

Notes

For extra crispy bacon, cook it for 15 minutes instead of 10.
