Garlic Herb Ciabatta Stuffing - The Best Vegetarian Stuffing Recipe

Gather ingredients

Ciabatta bread Carrots Celery Onions Butter Garlic Herbs

Cube the bread

Cut the bread into roughly equal sized cubes to make the stuffing base.

Saute the veggies.

Chop the veggies into equal sized pieces and cook them in butter.

Toss together.

Toss the bread cubes with the cooked veggies and put the stuffing into an oven safe dish.


Cover the stuffing with foil and bake for 20 minutes covered. Uncover after 20 minutes and dot with butter. Bake an additional 10 minutes.


Serve with turkey or roast chicken and all the sides. Enjoy!
