Lobster Pasta in Brown Butter Sauce

Ingredients for Lobster Pasta

Lobster tails Pasta Butter White wine Garlic Salt and Pepper Lemon juice Parsley Parmesan

Cook the pasta.

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Drain.

Butterfly the lobster tails.

While the water cooks for the pasta, cut the lobster tails in half legnthwise. Open the shells slightly to expose the lobster meat.

Season the lobster tails.

Season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and lemon juice. Place pats of butter on top of the tails. 

Roast the lobster tails.

Cover the dish with foil and roast in the oven until the shells are bright red and the meat is opaque.

Cut the lobster meat into pieces.

Take the cooked meat out of the shells. Cut it into bite sized pieces. Set it and the pan drippings aside.

Brown the butter.

Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat, stirring until the butter is a golden brown and smells nutty.

Saute the lobster.

Add the lobster meat, white wine, and garlic to the brown butter lobster pasta sauce. Let it come to a simmer.

Add the lemon juice.

When the brown butter sauce for the lobster pasta simmers, remove the pan from the heat and squeeze in the lemon juice.

Add the pasta to the sauce.

Add the cooked pasta to the mixture in the pan. Toss the lobster pasta gently together so the butter coats the pasta,

Garnish the lobster pasta.

Sprinkle on fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
