Instant Pot Honey Glazed Ham

Ingredients for Instant Pot Ham with a Honey Glaze

Ham Pineapple juice Honey Brown sugar Cloves Cornstarch

Make the ham marinade.

Whisk the pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar, and cloves together.

Pour the marinade over the ham.

Lay the ham in the center of a piece of foil. Pour the marinade over the ham.

Wrap the ham in foil.

Wrap the ham tightly in foil to lock the marinade into it.

Pressure cook the ham.

Put the foil wrapped ham on the trivet and put the trivet in the Instant Pot. Pressure cook.

Make the glaze.

Remove the wrapped ham from the Pot and pour out the water.  Whisk the cooking liquid from the ham with a little more pineapple juice and cornstarch in the liner. 

Pour the glaze over the ham.

Once the glaze boils and thickens, pour it over the ham, letting it drip between slices.
