Start by cooking the pasta.

Cook the orzo according to the directions on the package. Prep the cucumbers and tomatoes. Toss cut veggies with the cooled orzo, drained black olives and chickpeas.

Make lemon herb greek dressing

Add the herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper to a food processor.

pulse the dressing.

Pulse the ingredients for the Greek dressing in the food processor until emulsified.

Pour the dressing onto the greek orzo

Toss the dressing with the salad to combine.

serve or refrigerate.

Either serve everything right away or refrigerate for up to an hour prior to serving. Enjoy alone or as a side dish.
