Garlic Roasted Turkey Breast

Prepare the turkey breast to roast.
Insert a single garlic piece into cuts in the turkey breast and repeat. Rub turkey breast with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper all around the outside of the breast. Sear.
Roast the turkey breast.
Rub more olive oil and melted butter onto the seared breast. Cover with foil and roast until the temperature reaches 165 on a meat thermometer.
Remove from the oven.
Remove from the oven, let the turkey breast rest. Then carve and enjoy with your favorite sides.
