Sweet potatoes Olive oil Salt and pepper Seasoning of your choosing (optional)

Start by cutting off the pointy ends and any knobs or eyes. Discard the ends of the potatoes.

Once you've cut the ends off, cut the sweet potato in half. Place the flat side down.

Once you've cut the sweet potato in half and placed the cut side down, cut it into equally thick slices.

Next cut the slices into thirds or fourths depending on the size of your potato and preferences.

Add the cut fries into a bowl and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and other seasonings if desired.

Pour the fries out onto a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake, flipping once.
