This spiked pumpkin spice latte is a boozy spin on the pumpkin spice latte. Easy to make at home, this warm fall cocktail will keep you cozy on brisk fall nights.
- 2 cups of brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup steamed milk or half and half* recipe follows
- 4 ounces of Pumpkin Spice Irish Creme Liquor
- sweetener to taste
- For extra foam Skinny Mixes Pumpkin Caramel Whipped Foam
Make the steamed milk by microwaving 1 cup of whole milk or half and half for a minute. Transfer it to a jar with a lid and put the lid on tightly. Make sure there is still room in the jar for the milk to expand. Then shake the jar vigorously for 30 seconds to a minute. Set aside.
Brew coffee. Pour two cups. Add 2 ounces of Irish Creme to each cup. Top with steamed milk to your liking and dust with extra cinnamon if desired. For extra foam, top each with extra Skinny Mix Pumpkin Caramel Whipped Foam. Enjoy.
