Slow cooker salted caramel hot chocolate makes a decadent but cozy drink to keep you warm all fall, holiday season, and winter long.


  • 4 cups of milk
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 2 cups of dark chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces of soft caramel candies
  • 1 tbs vanilla
  • 1 tsp sea salt

For garnish

  • caramel sauce
  • sea salt
  • granulated sugar
  • sprinkles


  1. Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and stir together. Cook on high for 1.5-2 hours, stirring regularly. Serve hot, garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, sea salt, and sprinkles if desired. Enjoy!
