Slow cooker salted caramel hot chocolate makes a decadent but cozy drink to keep you warm all fall, holiday season, and winter long.
- 4 cups of milk
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 2 cups of dark chocolate chips
- 8 ounces of soft caramel candies
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1 tsp sea salt
- caramel sauce

- granulated sugar
- Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and stir together. Cook on high for 1.5-2 hours, stirring regularly. Serve hot, garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, sea salt, and sprinkles if desired. Enjoy!
