Pomegranate Rose Spritzers

Happy Monday guys. Can you believe we are already halfway through October? Seriously, when did that happen? It feels like it’s still summer, patio sitting, rosé sipping time.

Pomegranate Rosé Spritzers

Maybe because of the weird weather we’ve been having. We went to a corn maze last weekend in shorts and flip flops. We live in the northeast. Too weird. I’m ready for the weather to catch up to the calendar and cool down. Bring on the brisk breezes and all the festivities. I mean Halloween is in TWO WEEKS.

(Side note: we got Goose’s Halloween costume. She’s gonna be a unicorn. She picked. I had absolutely NOTHING to do with it. However, now we are going to be a happy little unicorn family when we trick or treat and there will be so much glitter involved and I am so unbelievably psyched.)

Not that I want to rush through Halloween by any means, because hello glitter unicorns, but after Halloween, I feel like the holiday season is fair game. And the holiday season is the glitteriest season of all. So. Much. Sparkle. I just love it. I love everything shiny and sparkly.

So obviously, I love these pomegranate rosé spritzers so much. So much you guys. I mean they are sparkly and pretty and a great way to enjoy rosé through the holiday season. Not that I really need an excuse to keep on drinking rose all year long. Rose all day. All year. And these Wines of Provence rosés are perfect to enjoy all year. They aren’t just for summer cocktail time. Personally, I think a good Wines of Provence rosés is worthy of cocktail time no matter the season because I’m definitely a rosé girl, especially when we are talking about these. They are more floral than most rosés I’ve had. It’s delicious. It’s pink. It’s French so it makes me feel classier. It’s perfect. Plus, they pair well with everything from light summer fair to a hearty blood orange roast chicken and creamy shrimp risotto with garlicky kale. But if you feel like rosé is too warm weather for you, try jazzing it up for the season with these pomegranate rosé spritzers.

They are so easy to make, and the recipe makes one glass, but you could easily multiply the recipe to make enough to suit any crowd. And the bubbles and the pomegranate? Well, if they don’t scream festive I don’t know what does.
